Our History

In 1987, with a dream in their hearts and their family by their sides, Dominick and Francesca were married and opened the Italian Courtyard in Cocoa Beach, FL. They did not have a fancy kitchen or special pasta making machines. They just wanted to cook like their parents had when 40 extra people just happened dropped in for dinner, delicious Italian food make made with love.

Francesca’s dad still grows their basil and her mother continues to check the sauces. The DiPasquale’s use the same top quality ingredients that their parents used at home. Coming to the Italian Courtyard is like going back mom’s house for dinner. You never need an invitation; and there are always extra place settings.

For almost seventeen years the people of Central Brevard have been “coming over” for dinner. The Italian Courtyard is where the locals eat. It’s the place you have chosen for important events like proposing marriage and celebrating life. We see you when you have company, when your children graduate high school and mostly when you just feel like coming out for a great Italian meal. Italian Courtyard is honored that you have chosen us to be a part of your lives. We promise to always have that extra plate set for you.

Today Dominick and Francesca have three beautiful children and a life filled with Italian Courtyard friends. Dreams really do come true. Thank you for being an important part of ours.
